When I first started weaving in sillk, I was enchanted by its feel; it produces soft, shiny narrow ware trim. But you can't weave in just one color, so I started adding colors, and expanding my range.
Besides adding more colour, recently I expanded to a new weight of silk; the 60/2 silk is thinner than the 20/2 silk, and now available on 6 colours.
These cones each contain 3.5 oz (100grams) of silk, and are useful for the weaver who has the slightly bigger projects in mind. One cone holds approximately 3000 yards.
